Will it lie flat?
Mats ship rolled to keep shipping fast. Unroll it as soon as it arrives, lay it flat, and if any edge curls, roll it the opposite way for a few hours or set something flat on the corners. Most mats settle within a day or two; a warm room or a sunny spot speeds it up.
Will it slide on my floor?
The non-slip backing grips clean, dry hard floors such as concrete, tile and wood. Any mat can shift on wet, dusty or very smooth surfaces, so sweep the spot first and use rug tape on slick tile if you want extra hold.
How do I clean it?
Sweep or hose it off. The holes let dirt and water pass through.
What size should I order?
Measure the width of your door opening and pick a mat about as wide as the door (or a little wider). The size in each option name is the nominal size, and the exact measured size can differ slightly. If you are between sizes, go larger.
What if it is not right?

Ready-made mats can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, clean and in the original packaging. Email support@matzenmats.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Return shipping is free if the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong; for change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
It's dry-use, so I laid it in our shop's kitchen. It was large, so I cut it and laid the pieces side by side.
